We are all engaged in a fight for talent. Not only do we need to recruit the right people but, as my friend and expert in human capital strategies Roberta Matuson points out, we also need to keep the right people. The notion of ‘rightness’ is key. It is a question of attracting, working with, and associating with people who are appropriate given our goals.
